Chef has been planning for the orient for awhile. I'll be in Costa Rica, sipping a drink, watching the sun set, I exactly one week.

Enjoy Japan. I was there a couple years ago for business. Had a great time. Took the bullet train from Osaka to Tokyo but fell asleep for most of the trip and missed Mt. Fuji.
