They may have edited it since you read it, but I don't find that anywhere in the story.
Bloomberg still has Las Vegas on their list of Top Twenty Riskiest Markets, . . . at number 16.

On the other hand, . . . here's the most stable markets:
1. Buffalo, NY
2. Pittsburgh, PA
3. Louisville-Jefferson County, KY
4. Nashville, TN
5. Raleigh, NC

Why them there locales are sorta encircling' Appalachia. DonDiego could pitcher hisself liven' in Raleigh or Pittsburgh.
