You have these two lunch threads reversed (for me). My three favorite lunch places in Vegas where quality intersects price are all on the strip.

I actually haven't stayed on the strip in at least 8 years, not downtown for at least 4, so I'm just a little out of touch. Been staying at Southpoint. I'm only there a couple days and I know that first day I'll be drink lots of beer and eating buffalo wings from the 777 at MSS. Didn't Binions used to have a sandwich place that had a good Reuben? If not, I'm REALLY out of touch.

DonDiego cannot vouch for the food, . . . but if Campion or any of his companions weigh at least 350 Pounds they may eat for FREE ! . . . at the Heart Attack Grill .

If one doesn't meet the Eat-For-Free weight minimum one can enjoy a Double Bypass Burger for $11.10, or for $12.95 with the addition of 10 bacon slices.
And the Vegan-Menu comprises tobacco in the form of Camel, Marlboro, and Lucky Strike Cigarettes.
Beer and name liquors are also available.

the heart attack grill concept scares me. it is hard for a new restaurant to survive, but they have been around for a while now. they must be doing something right. sheesh! what am I thinking -- it's America, we love to eat like hogs!
