The Luxor’s MORE Buffet

My experience in May....

LUXOR's MORE BUFFET

Nice review. To me, spending $25.00 for a dinner buffet that is "hit or miss" on the entrees doesn't seem like a good idea. Especially since I'm assuming there are plenty of other options that are more consistent for that price point, not to mention that it seems I can get that "quality" as the more price friendly local casino buffets off-strip.

Any chance you could tell me what buffet you think is the best in the "middle-of-the-road" buffets? Also high and low end too if you got a minute.
Thanks for the update. Do they have a coupon?

I prefer the Stations buffets; reasonable prices, good food
The Luxor was the very first buffet we ever had, that was our first trip back in '99. We got there just as they were closing but they let us go through anyway after a little begging. It was us and about a half dozen other stragglers. We had walked the entire strip and were starving so we didn't really care. Unfortunately there wasn't much left to pick from, but I do remember the veal parm was actually very good. Don't remember anything else.

I did the breakfast buffet over ten years ago with a friend. I still remember the greasy trays of bacon and sausages, but it is that way at almost all breakfast buffets. I don't remember it being bad, but I don't remember anything special about it.

It has been many years since I have been to the Luxor. but for mid-range priced buffets, I like PHO, Paris, Palms or GN. all with a coupon of course.
Sorry for being slow to respond. I have a heck of a time trying to get back into my threads...as others have noted.

I am no buffet expert so I can't really provide "lists".
I usually end up at whatever is cheap or free.
I have had many MyVegas Mirage and Bellagio buffets and they are very good.
And I always use the LVA coupons for MSS, GN and the Fremont downtown and I like all of them;
MSS being my favorite.
