Liberal Democrats prefer watching the Women's National Basketball Association and the ambidextrous US Tennis Association, . . . perhaps with a chilled rose' or some frou-frou cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, preferably on a toothpick.

Real men, i.e. Conservatives and Libertarians, enjoy nothing better than the Men's NFL accompanied by copious quantities of beer, preferably with pizza or burgers or bar-be-que dripping off their chins, . . . and in a sports bar, or even better a sports book.

Just a quick FYI for the u-pick-em game. For those of you that don't have an avatar there yet and would like to have one.....Have a picture on your computer that you want to use...then....Log in to the contest, Click on MY GROUPS/LVA so it opens the page with all of us listed (along with the "smack-talk" screen). Near the top, you will see "WELCOME USERNAME". To the left you will see a female or male shadow avatar (depending on what you said you were when you registered) along with "EDIT". Click the EDIT button and find your avatar from your desktop (you can use any pic pretty much...they resize it for you) and UPLOAD it. That's it.

I had to have someone tell me how to do it last year, so thought I'd share the info. Hope that works. Good luck. (And alanleroy...quit being SO bossy! boy, talk about a "little power corrupts"...lol)
