LVA NAscar Fantasy League 2011 (Segment #2)

YESSSS!!! What a first segment that was!! Nobody knew who was going to win that one until the very last point was tabulated! That was really close!!

We close the books on Segment #1, and now we move on to Segment #2.

Congrats again to the big winner of Segment #1 Mr. Blade! (appreciate the tip too buddy! You da man!)

Honrable mention to TeamBrokeback, and Navymom for also finishing "in the money"

Most everyone, of the paid participants in Segment one, paid for the full season so they are already "juiced in" for Segment #2. The only exception was BigDaddyRacing, who already paid his 20 bucks for Segment #2, so he is juiced in too.

There were no newbies, this segment, nor were there any "play for free" folks signed up for this segment.

Just like last segment, we will pay out the top 3 spots, at the end of the last raceon a scale of 60% for first, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd place of total funds collected this segment.

The over all (3 segments) contest is stil lin full effect! This "over all" contest will be the sum of all your points for all 3 segments in the 2011 Nascar season. The prize structure will remain the same as the individual segment pay offs 60% for 1st, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd ...of total funds collected for each segment.


FYI...Segment #2 is a marathon and will be 15 races long.


***Also wanted to add that you need to set your line up before the beginning of this weekends race. Your team was cleared out at the end of the last race so please do not forget to set your line up,***



I wanted to thank you kind folks that particpated in this years contest, and are making it an exciting Fantasy game to be involved with.

had tp change my lineup...some of my drivers were more expensive, so I had to change it up some.

And...I hope Kyle crashes right out of the gate this weekend...that guy is a menace to society.

Only 14 races left to go in this segment, so you all better start getting good scores, and make your way "in the money"

Top 3 scores of the week were:

1st place Sarah9Nascar with a hell of a good score of 164

2nd place was Navymom with a great score of 159

3rd place was JazzBro with a good score of 155


Worst 3 scores of the week were:

3rd worst was LoomisEntry with a bad score of 107

2nd worst was Kramar with a horrible score of 105

The worst score was RoadTrip with a shitty score of 99


Congrats to the top 3 scores, and shame goes to the worst three scores of the week.


This weekend the boys are heading to Kansas for another exciting race on June 5th! That should be a good one!

I will be at the Kansas race Sunday. Leaving Texas Saturday. Thanks to the ice storms and making school up, we will miss the truck race Saturday because I have to work that morning but I can't wait for Sunday!!!!!!!!! GO DALE JR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in Race City USA! Mooresville, NC, home to many Cup teams and the NASCAR Technical Institute. I don't think there is another town anywhere that is as dedicated to high-performance motorsports....not even Indy.
