LVA Nascar Fantasy League 2011 (Segment #3)

YESSSS!!! What a second segment that was!! Nobody knew who was going to win that one until the very last point was tabulated! That was really close!!

We close the books on Segment #2, and now we move on to Segment #3.

Congrats again to the big winner of Segment #1 Mr. Blade!

Honrable mention to Navymom and No-6-Peat for also finishing "in the money"

Most everyone, of the paid participants in Segment one, paid for the full season so they are already "juiced in" for Segment #2.

The only exceptions were:


-BigDaddyRacing, who has NOT paid his 20 bucks for Segment #3, yet, but the time is running out. if he -pays soon, i will update this post. However, he is paid up for the "total over all" segments, but that is all

-There was one person (BobOrme) who decided he wanted to play for the segment 3 cash, and he is paid up for this segment only


Just like last segment, we will pay out the top 3 spots, at the end of the last raceon a scale of 60% for first, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd place of total funds collected this segment.

The over all (3 segments) contest is stil lin full effect! This "over all" contest will be the sum of all your points for all 3 segments in the 2011 Nascar season. The prize structure will remain the same as the individual segment pay offs 60% for 1st, 30% for 2nd and 10% for 3rd ...of total funds collected for each segment.


FYI...Segment #3 is a dash for the Sprint cup and and will only be 10 races long.


***Also wanted to add that you need to set your line up before the beginning of this weekends race. Your team was cleared out at the end of the last race so please do not forget to set your line up,***



I wanted to thank you kind folks that particpated in this years contest, and are making it an exciting Fantasy game to be involved with.

Expect more of the same for this Segment, and I hope we can get this game loaded with good, friendly, competitive, shit talking, folks

That asshole No 6 Peat was one lucky son of a bitch in segment 2. He was buried down in the cellar with me not long ago and now he wounds up near the top. I think he's connected to Paul Menard & if you look he even has Jimmy "5 Timer" on his team. A real fraud !

Help..is anyone having trouble with the website?? It says I am not part of any group now...I can't figure out how the heck to fix it? UGH!!

Sorry...I didn't check this until now, and, as of right now, I am able to log in and see the group, and all of the information.

It does show that you left the group for some odd reason. Why anyone would be dicking with the "leave this group" link is beyond me.

I don't even bother setting up a line up, until Saturday night/Sunday morning, when I know for sure which 43 drivers will be in the race, and their starting position.

Oh well...

I sent you the information again, and I hope you can get your stuff straightened out. We won't be able to add another account and transfer your old points, you would have to get back in to the group with your original name, original points and total score.
