Lying Ted Knows How To Deliver A Speech

He humiliated Donald on national TV.

His reasoning:

"I am not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and attack my father. And that pledge was not a blanket commitment that if you slander and attack Heidi I'm going to nonetheless go like a servile puppy dog" and stick to the pledge anyway.

I used to like lyin Ted a little bit, but he showed his a** in the primary. enough so, that I wrote him off a long time ago. his die-hard fans probably think he was brilliant last night, but I think he just exposed himself even more for the selfish ego-maniac that he is. he may very well have committed political suicide on the big stage. I kind of like the way Laura Ingraham got her jab in.

This is awesome...Just minutes before claiming Trump slandered and attacked his wife and father, Cruz started the meeting with the Texas delegation by saying 'I did not and will not say anything negative about Donald Trump'. In this meeting about half of the Texas delegation booed or turned their backs on him...Including many/most of his supporters. This is going to do more to unify the Republicans than if he had kissed The Donald on the lips.

And I was wondering why Trump would be gracious or maybe stupid enough to allow Cruz to speak....knowing there would be no endorsement. I especially like Newt's comeback....which was also certainly planned in advance.....but the key is that in one fell swoop, he got even hard core Cruz delegates to boo and turn their backs on Cruz and into the ACTIVE Trump camp....AND he guaranteed another major ratings boost for his speech tonight. I will bet any money that Trump's Acceptance speech is the highest rated political convention speech in history. Lyin' Ted=Permanently Damaged Goods.

Seriously? He mad a complete asshole of himself. I admit some parts of his speech were somewhat inpiring, but all in all he's done a lot of damage to himself, hell he even tripled down this morning.

I thought his speech wasn't very good. He has staked himself out as front runner for the 2020 nomination. The question is will Trump fans blame him for donnies loss in November?
Not sure why he was allowed to speak. I'm still waiting for the unbelievable convention Trump promised.
