Main Street Station Train to be removed

Boyd gaming has sold the parcel of land between MSS and the Plaza to Derek Stevens (owner of the D and Golden Gate). This land will become part of his new project.

He/they owns the Las Vegas Club site,so that is there the sky bridge will connect,maybe.

There was talk of building/renovating other properties for warehouse/storage uses.
Maybe that Choo-choo site is one of them.
Much less expensive to make a warehouse than another casino/hotel.
