Manning to Denver? tebow?

I predict Manning will end up in Tennessee. 3 reasons:
1) With him as their quarterback they are a legitimate SUperbowl contender.
2) He gets to play INdianapolis twice each season and get some good-hearted payback.
3) The weather. Quarterbacks dont like snow.
ken2v- it is nice ti see that we can agree on something. I have noted the date and time.
pj- I have lived in Houston most of my life and became a huge Oiler fan during the Bum Phillips era. Like Jerry Jones and Jimmie Johnson,"Bottom Line Bud" could not stand Bum Phillips popularity and fired Bum during the Oilers heyday. Trust me, Manning would not like playing for Bud Adams. Bud will throw a lot of money at Manning and then, if Manning signs, Bud will start his Jerry Jones routine.

"Louie, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."

Manning should retire. I respect the guy, but I have a really bad feeling that if he plays again, he will be wheelchair-bound very early on into his come back no matter what team he signs with. No amount of money is worth tempting the fate that he would be by playing again. I'd hate to see him paralyzed, and that is what his future is in the NFL if he plays again.
Hmmmmm, . . . Tennessee is beginning to look better and better.

"Titans coach Mike Munchak had a big smile on his face when he left the team headquarters Wednesday night after daylong meetings with Peyton Manning.
The quarterback waved to fans waiting for a glimpse of him and gave a thumbs' up."

Agree about Manning coming home to Tennessee.

oh, I totally missed the part about the thumbs up!

I hope the folks who keep talking about him 'coming home' to Tennessee realize that he was not born and raised in Tennessee and the 4 years he played college ball in this state, he was a couple hundred miles from Nashville.

Hey Karen thanks for info about Peyton not being from TN.

You orange fans are dedicated. I even have a neighbor that named his son Peyton.

Mr. Tebow is genuine in his religious devotion.

After spending way too much time on actual NFL boards, it's refreshing to come here and enjoy the massive irrelevance.

It's kind of sweet the way simps revere Tebow and see the hand of God guiding little Tim toward the Super Bowl.

Tebow seems like a nice guy, but try not to set yourselves up for disappointment by expecting him to ever be an NFL QB.

He will hang around the league for awhile:

1. Crushing Jags fans hopes.
2. Holding a clipboard and the occasional gadget play in Denver.
3. Abstinence spokes model.

On Manning: any team without a QB should roll the dice on him being healthy. If I were him, Denver. Manning could be the first last and only free agent that is not looking for money, just another ring.
