Manning to Denver? tebow?

This is gamesmanship between A. Smith and the 49ers. The 49ers signed Moss and Manningham, but made a weak offer to Smith. It's unlikely they'll sign Manning, who will simply sign for the highest guarantee. I don't think it will be Denver, because they understand they have more pressing needs.

There will definitely be some fireworks if Smith signs with Miami. Look for Shanahan to make a play for Manning and ink an outrageous deal for #2 on draft day.

Per both ESPN and NFL.com, Manning is finalizing his contract with the Broncos right this very minute. I blame poor old Don Diego and his kiss of death

I guess Timmy Tebow didn't pray hard enough on this one. He is the odd man out. Maybe he can move to the CFL and then transition back into the NFL in his 30s like Flutie did. I doubt any NFL team wants him as anything more than a 3rd stringer.

Looks like Tebow will be going to Jacksonville who really needs a player that will put fans in the stands. He just can't stay in Denver. If Manning has one bad series, all you'll be hearing is, "TEBOW...TEBOW...TEBOW!" from the Tebow faithful.

I'd like to also blame DonDiego.

I am also going to blame Timmy Tebow. If he lived up to the hype, the Broncos wouldn't have even gone after Manning.
