March Weather

I am considering a trip in the 3rd or 4th week of March 2017.

What is the average weather like at that time of year and

are the pools open then????

Most pools won't Be open in March. Temps will be 70s - 80s during the day and much cooler at night.

I want to say part of the Golden Nugget pool is open year round put they may have changed that policy.

Pools in Laughlin will be open. Some pools in Vegas will be open but it most likely won't be weather that is conducive to hanging out poolside. Weather that time of year can be fickle. I've seen St Paddys Days that were in the 80s, others in the 50s.

Average high temperature on March 3 is 66, and the low is 45.

It's a rare year that March 3rd falls during either the third or fourth week of that month.

So will pools in Laughlin be open on March 3rd?

Yes. Most pools are year round there, as it is a fair bit warmer than Vegas year round. The pool scene there is much different than Vegas. Much older and tranquil.

Pools might be open but March is not typically pool weather. It's breezy in March and between the breeze and low humidity, it feels colder than the thermometer says. Pools start rocking and nicer weather kicks in by April-May.

I don't recall anyone claiming so.
