The Market - downtown

I happened upon a recently opened grocery store while heading east on Fremont street toward the El Cortez. There is a small selection of fresh vegetables and fruit plus some canned goods at what appeared to be reasonable prices. Coffee, grab and go meals, fresh salads, sandwiches and baked goods all looked good. You can dine in or at tables immediately outside the door.

That is a pretty nice little market. I see they have caprese (tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella, and basil) in their deli case. That is one of my favorites as an appetizer. The sandwiches on the menu look good too.

Thank you for taking the time to post this. I have been wanting to see the inside of this market, and learn about the selection. It was originally planned as part of the hip and swanky Austin-based Royal Blue Grocery chain, and appears instead to be a knock-off version of the model. (Perhaps the Royal Blue folks couldn't play nice with Tony Hsieh, or vice versa. Total speculation.) Anyway, none of that matters. I like the looks of the place.
