Mass Shooters

Does boils routinely go to nursing homes, schools, government buildings or day care centers?
Thinking back, since I moved to Vegas almost two months ago, those restrictions would have prevented me from carrying for about twenty minutes when I went to DMV to register my new car and change my license.
How many days would those regulations prevented boils from carrying gun?

There's tons of 'em, they never make the news tho. Doesn't take much to find a myriad of instances. I loved this one, don't F with an old person.

Snopes says the last one is problematic, at best.
It was a dispute in which a guy pulled a gun outside a club. There is zero evidence he intended to do a mass shooting.

You're right but luckily we'll never know what he intended because he was stopped before he could shoot mass people.

What is missing from the story is if the shooter was using a legal gun and if he had a carry permit.

That's the problem with mass shootings or anybody's intent to cause mass harm, nobody knows for certain 'til it's too late.

Perhaps I should have been clearer. I was asking if the original shooter was legally carrying the gun he used to shoot the people, not the hero who shot him.

Ah,

Jody Ray Thompson, 32, of Lyman, is charged with 4 counts of Attempted Murder, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Violent Crime, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, according to the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office.

I assume Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon means he didn't have a carry permit.
