BTW--I do my corn in a similar way. Submerge in water/sugar for 1/2 hr before putting on the BBQ husks on. Nuthin better IMHO!!!
I want mine medium well with a baker tater (baked tater), butter and some sauted mushrooms. Oh hell, chuck in 2 of those corn on the cobs.

I'd like a beer with mine!!

I'm with chef on the baked tater/shroom thing with a steak BBQ'd like this...I make a pretty wicked twice-baked potatoe with cream cheese/extra old cheddar/ jalapeno/garlic cloves minced and carmelized/bacon bits...then topped with more cheddar/bacon bits/chopped green onions ....with a BBQ steak, shear heaven I tell ya!!!

I'd have to pass on the bacon, cheese and Jalapeno. Waaay too much salt.
