There used to be separate jackpots for the two games. A couple of years ago the two merged. The penny slot still costs $3.00 (on a max bet) just like the dollar game. Just curious which one people prefer to play.
The penny one tends to bleed you dry like most penny slots. Since I limit myself to $21 when I play, I prefer to take 7 max bet swings at the dollar reels and see what happens. I think I lined up some mixed 7s for $50 or $100 once.
From what I remember they discontinued the penny slots and added their jackpot in the dollar MegaMillions. That was why there was a big jump in the MegaMillions about 6 months ago. So now you only have the dollar Mega to play.
Yes. When the two combined, the MegaBucks jumped. But they still have the Penny machines. I played them at Fremont, MSS and other downtown casinos in February.
I tried $40 on the penny Wild Wolf megabucks once and that was it. I don't like playing max bet w/pennies and it's just too expensive for me. I've seen people win big on them though. I will occasionally play $20 thru WOF or $1 MB to see if it will hit.No luck so far!!!
