This is the first Christmas in, well forever, that I've not gone with my kids to the local Christmas tree farm to kill a tree. We'd head home, drink eggnog, and decorate the tree. Afterward, I'd cook a nice dinner (which lately has been my boy's Venison), then we'd watch a movie. I always wanted It's a Wonderful Life, but was annually outvoted.
We are now spread out in Minneapolis, Indy, and Atlanta, so creativity is required to visit.
