Interesting question. I know I've ordered a Baileys on the rocks as an after-dinner drink more than once on the slot floor, and I've received a wide variety of Irish Cream liqueur -- sometimes Baileys, sometimes definitely not Baileys.
I dont know what the law is about specific brands, but in the poker room at Caesars Ive ordered Amaretto and coffee, no whip cream, and the waitress always says something that they dont have "Amatetto" but something like it. So perhaps they do have to reveal that? (By the way, the free drinks in the poker room are not the quality brands you get on the casino floor, which poker players have often complained about... but the comp rate in the poker room is only $1 an hour.)

secondly, the MGM offer will appeal to poker players who complain that the "poker rate" at most casinos for a room is always "too high." frequently the discussion at poker tables is about comps-- more specifically the lack of comps. so any package deal will be appreciated by poker players.
