MGM Mirage resort restaurant question

Going to Vegas in September. Have a $200 food voucher for any MGM Mirage property restaurant. Any suggestions on where to use it? Gonna be 2 guys. Want a casual but good restaurant. Preferrably seafood or steak. Was hoping to spread the $200 out over lunch and dinner so I really am looking for 2 places. Thanks in advance for all your help.
Spreading $200 + casual, but good + seafood or steak = Kokomos' prix fixe menu for dinner. (Or check other Mirage restaurants like Stack and Onda) for their prix fixe offerings.

Lunch maybe Puck's at MGM? BLT Burger?

We might get you out for $200 if you limit the alcohol.

Stack is casual but good.

I'd say Stack for dinner and BLT Burger for lunch.
I've had no bad experiences with restaurants there...
- the buffet is not as good as it used to be but its still good.
- They have a Brazilian Steakhouse attached to the casino floor...its like $50/person. The waiters keep bring skewers of different kinds of meat to your table and stuff you until your kidneys hurt.
- Carnegie Deli offers up high quality soup / sandwiches in huge portions. Casual and slightly overpriced but good.
- BLT Burger has gourmet burgers and spiked milkshakes. No better or worse than the other gourmet buger joints on the strip.

Haven't tried anything else there.
