MGM Players Club complaint letter

If you're never going to do business with MGM again, how does having 2 comp nights on your account help you?

I think you handled it about as well as you could. Sounds to me like the Player's Club General Manager is cracking from the stress.

Bottom line ? MGM Grand SUCKS ! This has been known for quite some time. From their Days Inn quality "West Wing rooms" to the 3/4 of a mile hike from the parking garage to the ridiculously confusing casino layout to the tight ass slots......that place just plain SUCKS.

Perhaps the only redeeming quality of this overstuffed gambling palace wannabe is their mechanical horse racing game.

Funny you posted this. ... I had the most bizarre experience with a pit boss at Paris last week. ... Trying to decide if I should write a letter, put it in a trip report or let it go.

Both in January and again in March I had rooms there with some free play. Both times the lines were ridiculous. In March there 51 people in line! In March my players card would not work so I had to wait in line twice. I was not staying there and I won a little from my free play but they sure are pissing a lot of people off.

I see. You're just boycotting the MGM Hotel and Casino in Vegas....not MGM corporation. Well, then you should get back comps you never used.

One note. A good complaint letter is more effective if you use the full names of the people involved. In particular, the asshole Player's Club manager's name should be published so we can all start making him the butt of our jokes.

I think you did very well with your letter.
You explained the problem and what you wanted to happen.
I hope you get the two nights credited back to you.

Personally, I have never had good results with "this place sucks and I'll never be back."
