MGM Players Club complaint letter

I think this guy would rather concentrate on how long (he thinks) it takes me to post my messages, rather then the contents of those messages, because they prove my point wonderfully.

I guess some folks can't type with more then 2 fingers, and use paragraphs, making it easier for people to read with out thinking that it might take 2 hours to write it up.

By all means though....lets harp on the length of my posts rather then the content of them. It benefits HIM to do that, rather then face the truth which is, that he appears to have a short fuse.

I heard that the mods had to warn him for flying off the handle in another thread, and that he threatened to cancel his accounts, because they warned him about stuff he typed. Boo hoo hooo

In closing.... I believe that this gentleman has issues...

Good day now,

--Rizzo

I am here and it's funny to see how big this thread has become. Karen in my opinion is another Sue. Never has anything nice to say. Then again I have been down to Memphis/Tunica and not sure why anyone would want to live there...Maybe that's why she has a poor attitude.

Wow 139 posts and you're an expert! Civil words fail me!

Thank you and good night!
Everyone can say what they want. I have received alot of support from others via pm. I know there are about 6 of you that think you are running the Las Vegas Advisor boards with your false imformation and bitter comments to many. Keep up the great work of ruining these message boards. I guess my biggest mistake was posting the letter and asking for an opinion. Thanks to all for your support and to the others sometimes I wonder how you manage to have a life with a 30 minute post.

Your mistake was getting your panties in a bunch and calling people names when anyone dared to disagree with you.

If you solicit opinions (which you did), there's a good chance that there are going to be opinions that don't side with you. If you can't handle that, then yes, you did make a mistake asking for opinions.

If the roles were reversed and you were the players club manager, how might you have handled the exact same scenario?

If the initial exchange went exactly like this....

"I then asked him why there is always a long line for the Player's Club and limited workers. It was about 11:45pm at night and there were 30 people in line. The manager was standing at the end of the line. He took offense when asking him about this ongoing problem. He did not give any reasons at that time but gave me a smart remark back."

.......then the manager is in the wrong.

Pretty simple.

That reminds me.
They'll be a Las Vegas Advisor Boards board meeting 9AM Tues. July, 7th at my place. Please plan on attending.

You know who you are.
I think everyone who gets such poor service should complain but make sure you send a copy of the letter to MGM corp as well as the hotel.
I think that the waits at most players clubs are terrible and that they are so understaffed is something that every players club member should
be hammering them on. As a casino making a player wait 30 to 45 minutes is crazy. I wonder what the cost to them in lost revenue is during that
waiting time. If they run their business properly and staff correctly they would make more money and have much happier customers. It is little
wonder that casino stocks are 80 to 90 percent off because in reality most are very poorly run. In a town like Las Vegas where there are so many
choices it would seem that the last thing you would want to do is run customers off. In this economy casinos should be getting rid of managers
and employees that conduct themselves like the MGM players club manager did. I am sure with 11 percent unemployment they can find better
people who are willing to do the job and represent the company much better than many they currently employ. In my company if a manager complained
to a customer that he could not do his job because he was understaffed he would be looking for a new place of employment ASAP.
I received a response to my complaint letter via mail today. I will scan and post the letter tonight. Just a hint... things went my way unlike most of the Negative Nancy posters wanted! You were wrong.
Way 2 go, congrats
