Does anyone here disagree? No? Then YEA! Great speech.
The specifics across the board on those topics were strangely absent. And that's where the division lies. But I give the president big credit. He's now gone over 24 hours without a childish tweet. That's a good start considering he'll need many of the recipients of those tweets to help fill in the specifics.

You've gotta be joking? Obama's (and evrey other pres. and politician) speaks in the same generalities. All these speeches are are an indication of which direction any particular person is laying out. You're as bad as some of the other critics out there, no matter what, put some sort of dig or negative spin on it. Hell even the CNN people were somewhat praising him right after the speech including that black "whitelash" guy(can't think of his name).
Now if he said"I want open borders" or "raising taxes to bring down the deficit" or whatever, it would've been a completely different speech now wouldn't it?
