Yes, a high end store here in Georgetown (the rich part of DC) had thousands of dollars in merchandise stolen during one of these flash mob robberies.

It was a group of about 20 black kids, and when they interviewed the store clerk, he said "As soon as I saw them going to the expensive part of the store, I knew we were in trouble."

Of course, the local branch of the NAACP is now calling this poor manager racist, on top of the fact that he no doubt got chewed out, suspended, or even fired from his job... Apparently stereotyping is worse than actually committing a crime.

What am I missing????
