My sister had her wedding party stay there in April. I actually stayed downtown but I visited the MC and looked at the rooms.
The standard rooms are perfectly clean and decent - but also small and light on upgrades. No marble bathrooms or big closets. Think Holday Inn. They have several suites that can be purchased typically starting around $150/night. You can see pictures of them on their website. Those look really nice but consider that you can get a standard room at the Wynn or Palazzo for about the same price...and those might even be nicer.
They have a pretty nice pool with a lazy river and landscaped grounds. There are better pools on the strip but there are worse ones too. It gets crowded in a hurry.
Most of the restaurants are mediocre. I suggest spending your food dollars elsewhere. Diablo's is the loud (Mexican?) restaurant at the front of the resort. Dont bother eating there but they do have some good giant margaritas you can grab and go.
The casino is a typical strip casino: High minimums, lousy rules, tight machines. Yuck.
Bottom Line: If you want to stay on the strip in a good location at a reasonable price then the MC works. For $10 more/night you can probably score the Paris or Planet Ho and get a nicer resort.
