So true.

I'm an Ultra fan and went thirsty at the Rio where they don't serve it. Southwest had it for a while, but no more. Bud light does nothing for me.
bud select is my go to domestic. miller lite runner up. for imports, I like sol and tecate (both Mexican). for years the west, including vegas has had tecate light. just now starting to see tecate light in the Midwest.

Try as I might, and Lord knows I have tried, I just can't shake my love for Bud Light I have tired more different brands of beer than I care to mention and I always come back to Bud Light.
All you beer snobs go ahead and flame me, I can handle it. I will say I can also pound Michelob Ultra but Bud Light is my go to beer.

Now if anyone starts the shit about being wimpy come on over and we will break out the Woodford Reserve Bourbon or the Bookers.

I've never really "tried" to like a whole lot of other beers, but have drank many many different types and I'm a bud/bud light guy myself, it's what I prefer. They can keep that honey blueberry or whatever other funky flavored crap, more power to 'em, I like beer to taste like BEER, no wierd flavors flavors, just beer. I do like sam adams lager and Labatts however, pretty good full flavor(to me) beers. There's a few others I enjoy but bud and/or bud light is what you'll usually find in my fridge.

I do have a twelve in the garage of asst. mexican beers, 3 Sol's, 2 (3 each)different kinds of dos equisxxx and one other can't think of, grocery store had a special. The Sol's are pretty good.

In my fridge right now I have Bass, Becks, MooseHead, Coors light, Heineken, Sierra Nevada Torpedo and... Bud Light, most of which are more than one or two. I usually have at least 2, and most often 3 or more different brews on hand. Knock it all you want, but for a relatively inexpensive beer Bud Light isn't all that bad. Beats Schlitz or PBR anyway. After working in the yard all day the last thing I want is a heavy beer and Bud Light often fits the bill, at a decent price. I think beer is kind of like wine: it can be paired to whatever food/activity you are currently engaged in and at times that calls for a lighter brew.

Then again, I find myself drinking a lot more MooseHead since I moved to AZ because the local Wally World has it for about a buck less than Bud Light for a 12 pack.

If I was made of money I'd probably always drink more expensive beer, but I'm most decidedly not so the smorgasbord of brews works for me.
Up heh' in Appalachia all the local markets allow one to mix-and-match the bottled brewskis into a custom six-pack. That way DonDiego gets to sample all the offerings which he chooses to without buying 6-of-something he might not enjoy.
So DonDiego usually has a small variety available in his own 'fridge at all times.
The one in hand at any particular moment, imho, has always been my number one choice in the world.

You remind me of something my brother in law says. When asked what he wants to drink he replies whatever someone else is buying.
P.S. Budwiser most popular beer in Canada ? Bullshit ! Not a chance...yech.
I encourage everyone to drink the beverage they enjoy most.
