Yeah, there are some rednecks here in North Texas. Gotta love some of the tattoos and cranial accessories, and it sure looks like a few didn't go down without a fight

My favorites were the girl with the tear rolling down her cheek, the guy with the big metal thing sticking out of his face, the girl who looks like she is naked, and the guy with afro that's so big it doesn't even fit in the picture.

My favorite is #20. I'd consider bailing her out doing a BAGIANT with her.

For some reason, I did not think you were particular about whom you'd do a "BAGiant" with.

She's all yours. I call dibs on #23. She's way hotter than #20.

What surprised me was the number that required medical treatment after arrest

That is a medical "splint". Called an "external fixator", it's used for broken - shattered bones.

I had on my left wrist for almost 3 months. The posts are drilled into bone, than attached to the stabilizers that connect them. No way to move those bones. There may also be internal pins. Depends on the surgeon.
