Of course we have laws regulating free speech regarding kiddie porn, yelling fire in a theater, libel, conspiring to commit a crime, and so on. If speech rights aren't absolute, neither are gun rights.

Someone who claims there can be no regulation of the right to bear arms is just as ignorant as someone who claims there can be no regulation of free speech.

Obfuscation and deflection are the only two things you are good at, and not very good...but before going much further into a discussion, please identify any, or "some", gun and kiddie porn enthusiasts. Your implication that the two share any congruity is ridiculous, unless NAMBLA or other people who believe that pedophilia is nothing more than a harmless and viable sexual orientation are also gun rights advocates.

...and in case you missed it, AG Loretta Lynch, the day after San Bernadino, said she would prosecute anti-muslim SPEECH. ...is that the same as yelling fire in a theater or kiddie porn?

Is it possible that this administration believes that Muslims deserve special, or should I say better and more rights than the rest of us?

Whats the correct word to describe someone who attributes "violent behavior" to a broad based group of people based upon the color of their skin? Maybe the dictionary can help:

racism: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human racial groups determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to dominate others or that a particular racial group is inferior to the others.
