I assume that is why it was removed...just like all political threads on this web site...they always end up with lots of name calling.
Personally, if I felt so strongly about arguing politics with morons...I would go to a political message board, where those types of bickering and name calling are fully allowed.
Its just too bad that you are not smart enough to figure that out!

Because it wasn't really political, IT WAS A DISCUSSION on why the S$P downgraded the US. I sure didn't set out to have a political discussion,not really sure what happened this morning.
It's too bad rizzo,I used to really respect you as a poster.,articulate,fairly intelligent and now you resort to personal insults. Well i wont stoop to retaliating with 4th grade insults,so i'll just leave it at that.
I will say,that deleting anything of our "collective" interests is worth talking about. This place will die a slow death if everything resorts to "only vegas talk". If you want that go to OV or tripadvisor. Theres a wealth of knowledge here about vegas but not many live there so cant share that much,only trips and and trips coming up.
If it's supposed to be a little gathering spot where you can only talk about vegas and nothing else then so be it.
