The answer is yes.
You go to the MLIFE desk and tell them which rest. you want to use it for.
We just did this last week.....and chose Chin Chin cafe and Sushi.
The sushi was very fresh and good quality. We ordered warm Sake a couple rolls, sashimi and seaweed salad, which can be make into "Poke" for a few extra dollars. It is not on the menu, you have to ask for it. We found out that if you order 2 rolls, the sake is free!
We would never have tried this place without the myvegas award....but we will definately go back.
