Name Your Favorite Movie Soundtracks - non-musicals

There's a bunch of great musical soundtracks out there that's why I would like them excluded.

Here's some of my favorite movie soundtracks:

American Grafitti
Animal House (for the humorous quotes in addition to the music)
Big Chill
Blues Brothers
Boogie Nights
Commitments
Dazed and Confused
Eddie and the Cruisers
Forest Gump
Good Morning Vietnam
O Brother Where Art Thou
Romy And Michelle's High School Reunion
Valley Girl

How about yours?
1. Goodfellas

2. The Godfather

Fuhgedaboudit

Rick
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

Last American Virgin.
Saturday Night Fever has a few good ones.

Rick
I always liked " Last of the Mohicans" ( Day-Lewis movie). Haunting.
Footloose
Thief and Risky Business, Tangerine Dream. They did a bunch of other soundtracks.

Exorcist, Mike Oldfield's "Tubular Bells".

I have to add to this. I mentioned the movie "Thief", you mentioned "Last of the Mohicans". Michael Mann was producer and director for both of these films. Mann has always done a great job incorporating music.
Another Movie, Heat. Probably most famous for the TV show Miami Vice, that Jan Hammer opening is iconic.

Another good 80's (and beyond) movie soundtrack guy was John Hughes.
