NBA

Now that the NBA strike is over, will the fans go to the games? I hope the fans boycott and refuse to buy tickets.
I was hoping they would take a couple of years off.

I was/am rather looking forward to this as an affordable alternative.

I hope fans boycott it just as they did baseball back in the mid 90's. Those players

earn too much money for what they do.

So do the team owners, concessions, etc.

When a hot dog and beer cost more than an hours minimum wage, than as far as I'm concerned, it's too much money.
As a stockholder in MSG, I'm glad they are back.
As a fan, I really don't care.

I boycott the NBA just like I boycott opera and the ballet.
And they are opening the season on Christmas Day. Great marketing ploy. Sheesh.
there are lots of middle income people who will be going back to work now, not just overpaid players. I am happy for that. Shame on anyone who wants more unemployed people.
