Frank I think thjere are a lot of people who would not want to do an actual download. How about just posting it on your regular web pages?

25000 words is 100 page book. This might take a while just to read. Wonder if it will have a table of contents with chapters and an index, footnotes and bibliography.

I am sure Frank has a safe site but downloads can be hazardous to your computer's health. I avoid them when possible. I prefer reading the report from his website. That's safer and better for trees.
