What does Singer claim? That's what I'm missing. I've heard a lot of speculation by others about his claims. I've heard about his special plays and win goals, but I've never seen what it is he claims will be the result of his system. His website is gone. I have not read his book, but also also heard is does not really cover his system. I hope Frank's 30K word essay covers the claims as you can't really evaluate the result without knowing the original claim.
So entertaining! Seeing marcus continuously posting in a frantic effort to dislodge his Singer wedgie while arcimeds apparently had to post FOUR in a row to keep from choking on his own anxiety made reading this thread even more interesting than the Shar is MIA one!
KP, I've read one of his books and many of his Gambling Today columns along with his old website. What the obsessed ones here are not telling you is that Singer was not one of these holyer than thou APs and he was not a recreational player. He was a professional video poker player for 10 or 12 years who claims to have netted just about one million dollars from doing what is riling up all the math creeps here with his special play system. His book & site gets under the skin of his critics because he goes after them and their haha winning theories like no one ever has. What I've always liked about him is how he doesn't hide from anyone, and as a poster on the Wizard of Odds forum I watched as he was lambasted by the conglomeration of math people there yet offered challenges and to debate them all, and they just withered in the wind, much like the LVA people did when he challenged them in a LV paper that he could prove both his winnings from the past and forward by playing his strategy in front of them.
How many of these math wizards have ever offered to prove their winnings other than to say how the math is all they require for proof? Yeah right, just believe them and their theories and how they win so much. BS. That's why arcimeds is so uptight and overly obsessed about this guy. That and the total destruction his personal life took from Singer on Rex.
Oh yeah now get ready for the arcimeds etc. BS about me being Singer just because I hit the same nail as he would hard again.
