Gee arc I've been playing video poker for years following Bob Dancer's strategy. I've used his software and attended a lecture in Vegas and I read his website. I used his trainers. Yet I've lost thousands of dollars and never had a winning year playing VP. Do you think I can sue Dancer? Is Dancer liable for my losses?

Can you give examples of two or three pieces of strategy that you learned from Dancer and use in your play?
I'm beginning to wonder if Arcimedes is Dancer?
Examples of Dancer strategy:

1. When dealt a flush with four to the royal go for the royal.

2. When dealt a straight with four to the royal go for the royal.

3. In DDB when dealt two pair such as KK55 hold both pairs.

4 In DDB when dealt a full house with three aces hold only the aces.

5. In DDB when dealt a straight with four to a straight flush (not a royal draw) hold the straight.

That's five.
Are any of these 5 Dancer plays not on the $2 VP strategy card at the casino gift shop?

Let's ask Arcimedes if I can sue the casino gift shop too??

Sorry, but that statement just does not make sense.

Providing information in a way to "educate" someone, whether an actual product, or "For the best price and service visit Joe Blow's Emporium and Crack House" is still "selling".

I'm curious. How many of the companie's you do infomercials for have "squeaky clean" BBB files free from complaints, etc?

And, you can sue anyone you choose. Pick the right "targets", and the nuisance value alone may net a settlement. Often less expensive to pay off than pay attornies.

Interesting investigation that ABC News did about the BBB.

Examples of Dancer strategy

Did Dancer come up with these? Was he the first to mathematically calculate the strategy for each of the pay tables? Or is he just teaching the publicly known basic strategy? Not that there is anything wrong with that. Most teachers and schools use text books written by others.

Does Dancer have any of his own strategy or system that he teaches?

Kaypea you are being antagonistic and argumentative but I will play along with you.

If Arcimedes allegation of liability holds water than LVA also shares liability for my losses from following Dancer's advice for video poker for "winners" and I've won nothing. I don't know where Dancer got his info from but I bought Dancers info. Doesn't Dancer have responsibility for his advice "for winners"?

If Arc is going to find liability with Singer I can allege liability for the same reasoning against Dancer, LVA, and every other gambling author and publication that even hinted that you could win any casino bets.

Now why don't you all grow up. Stop playing your silly games before an adult slaps you across your hineys and sends you to your room.
