Texas de Brazil on S. Las Vegas Blvd.


We will have a car so transportation is a non issue.

Is that one of those places with roving meat stick guys? I went to one of tjose a long time ago and loved it, unfortunately it went out of biz. I'd love to tryi it again.

Texas de Brazil is fantastic!!

1) Fogo de Chão Las Vegas Oh do not know of this place???? This is an easy one I been to all three! Fogo de Chão is the BEST and i say it again the BEST Brasilian BBQ steakhouse in vegas. They have somewhere around 14 different cuts of meat. There are options of pork, chicken, and lamb. The pork is exceptionally tender and juicy AND NOT SALTY like other places i been to. My favorite cut of meat that they have is the Filet Mignon and the House. The salad bar... over 30 items ranging from salads to fresh cut salmon, grilled veggies and various side dishes.
-Picanha (top sirloin - love the garlic kick)
-Alcatra (top sirloin cut popular in Brazil)
-Fraldinha (bottom sirloin)
-Cordeiro (lamb)
-Frango (chicken)
-Lombo (pork loin)
-Linguica (sausage)


2) My next one would be Texas de Brazil! This is also good and a little more cheaper in Fogo but the last time i was here the food was kind of salty but still good! You'll find the same cuts of meats here as Fogo. They also have a nice salad bar area.

3) Pampas Chiurrascaria at Planet Hollywood was ok but not even on the same ball park as FOGO or Texas de brazil!

I used our FOGO in Mpls. as a comparisian,
and that's why I felt Pampas fell way short,
about half the offerings from the salad bar
and the meats.

I had the Parade of Meats at the place at Planet Hollywood and it was really good. I plan on going again in July if Groupon comes up with another deal. I will say that the salad bar was pretty weird. There wasn't anything normal on it. Next time I'm sticking to just the meat.
