Need a restaurant recommendation for an upcoming trip

One of my favorite meals is "Calf Liver with Bacon & Onions." Problem is, liver is either very good, or very bad, based on the skills of the cook. There's no in between. It's either properly done, or inedible and there's very few places in which I have the confidence to order the dish. Can anyone recommend a Vegas restaurant that serves up some tasty liver? I'll be staying 3 days downtown and 3 days off strip and I'll have a rental car. Thanks a bunch....(Bones)

Mimi's Cafe

Dinner Menu / Cafe Classics
Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab Restaurant in Las Vegas has Calf's Liver with Applewood Smoked Bacon & Caramelized Onions on it's dinner menu.
Is this a serious post?

My dad used to force me to down liver and onions. Thankfully he let me use A1 sauce and ketchup to help.

Finally it came out that liver is not a very healthy meat, and he stopped preparing it.
The Prime Rib restaurant (2nd level at SouthPoint) has very good L&O plus the added bonus of having a coupon for that facility.

Have a good trip.
Blueberry Hill Family Restaurants

Liver and Onions
If Mom won't cook'em it at home enjoy'em! Fresh premium beef liver hand breaded with our own forty year old recipe and grilled up with lots of sweet onions. Served with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh veggies.
Add two slices of crisp bacon for only $1.79 more - $8.69
Du-Par's Restaurant & Bakery

Tender Beef Liver
(Grilled beef liver, lightly dusted with flour and topped with bacon and caramelized onions)
$11.75
Just need one more suggestion and he'll be able to have Liver and Onions every day of his stay.

RM, liver is quite good for you: linky (note where this linky came from)

For those of you who don't know what BR is talking about, if the gristle is not removed, the liver gets very chewy (kinda like raw squid). Liver it self should come out very tender. Great with mashed taters and a bit of butter.
