Negative Crap

I have always lived my life refusing to allow my positive outlook to be dragged down by negative individuals - yet recently I find myself doing exactly that here in Vegas Free-for-All - and I do not like it. So as a paid member, I am going back to the paid (dead) side for a while. I will still drop by here to read what is going on - because there are many that I really like here and consider good friends - but there is a poison here that I do not wish to be a part of. More of my posts here from now on will be by p.m. Meanwhile, I can only hope that the total assholes who have already decimated LVA, and are now decimating the only thread that is left, will either smarten up or piss off - I have to believe that they know who they are. Hope to see the rest of you soon,

I totally agree with your feelings. Many of forums that I visit tend to be infested with nothing but negative vibes. It seems to be all over. It gets tiresome after a while.

On another thread ineedaspiderkiller is looking for discounted tickets to " Matt Gloss ". Everybody knows he/she means Matt Goss. You replied with a worthless post critisizing their typo. Then replied again saying you were just trying to help. Tonyrob also through in a post about lip gloss. Hahaha! And you two are going to talk about negative posts?

There's a difference between good natured ribbing and mean spirited, nasty, polarizing, or hateful posts....But what do I know? I'm just here for the coupons....Oh..And the Free Beer.

I used to be much more active, but all the political crap drove me off. I check back occasionally only to find the bickering infecting all threads now.

I know exactly what you mena tony and have actually considered doing something along the same lines but instead doing something I've never ever even thought of considering and that's using the ignore button (no idea how to, but I'm sure I can figure it out haha). I've always enjoyed some of the lively discourse around here, sometimes it could get a little annoying but I'm pretty sure I've never considered the ignore button.

What happened to the monitoring in here? There was a bona fide effort to eradicate the political threads and it was modestly successful. The contention in here is always along political divide. I can tell you who affiliates with whom even when the thread is not overtly political.
