WTF is a "Mexican American?" Mexico is the name of a Country. America is, I believe, part or parts of the Western Hemisphere.

Is this supposed to refer to a person who was born in Mexico but is located in the USA? Became a citizen of the USA? Possibly brown people in general? Someone who eats tortillas? WTF? Is there a blood test?

It's the PC term relating to folks that are of Mexican decent who want to make themselves feel "special". Goes with the terms xxx (insert your favorite ethnic group at the xxx's) American's instead of just American.

So is Nesalk trying to make himself feel special?

Sorry, Dude, but it's super important to me whether I've met more "Mexican Americans" (WTF that is) than Nesalk has helped.

If anyone finds someone too offensive to enjoy reading, then the "Ignore" button is your friend. I have 8 LVAers on my "Ignore" list (I think several of them are no longer on LVA). I am sure my conservative lifestyle and "teechur knows best" posts drive some people bonkers and I am on their "Ignore" list. That's okay with me.

Live and let live....as long as you don't hurt me in "real life" or threaten me & mine, it doesn't matter what you say in the fake world of the internet.....as long as my eyeballs don't get 'stuck' by having them rolled so much while reading LVA!

I hate when them "Mexican-Americans" dress up in green and march in parades every March 17 and talk about how proud they are to be Mexican. ("Kiss me I'm Mexican?" WTF!) It's time for you to become real Americans, Amigos!

It really would be nice that they would at least learn the language like some of our ancestors.
