New Grazie Club changes at Venetian/Palazzo- comped nights are back

Yes...I have watching all the reports on all the other boards and see that some are starting to get something.
It will be interesting to see how the "offers" progress....
but as others have noted...
now V/P has a real "trust" issue on their hands.

I would go running right back into their arms on one condition...that they send out letters of apology to everyone who had their comped rooms yanked out of from under them and then give them another gratis 4 night stay for their inconvenience.

After that they could do whatever they wanted.

This would be an appropriate response to their poor treatment of their clientele in my humble opinion.

(I know it will be a cold day in HELL before THAT happens.)

I've not been a V/P customer.

But...if I had loved V/P that much, the rooms, the casino, etc., and V/P kissed me and made up, I'd listen up...check it out...stick my toe in the water at least.

I suspect (hope) that somebody upstairs had an oops moment, and rebuilding is beginning.

Boy, I sure fell from grace at V/P! Finally got the "We've missed you!" email, but in it, NO comp nights! Instead, can stay for 129 (weekdays), 169(weekends), but will get a whopping $100 dining credit for 3 nite stay ($50 for 2 nites). Compare this with my last offer in Dec for $700 free play, 2 tix to Phantom, dining credits, and 3 comp nites!

That V/P computer has it in for me!

Maybe they think that using a big stick will work when honey didn't.

We got the same e-mail...but must use before April 30.

We are planning a May trip.

Too bad we stayed at the Cosmopolitan last week - sorry Palazzo you lost us.
