Well, methinks this is a couple years too late to get them stimulus funds.

Would love to see it if went thru either Seattle or Portland. Most likely Portland area at I-5 or I-205. I think its a pipedream though.

Yeah, its sad. It used to be stuff like this was not a partisan issue - but today it seems many in our government would call this "pork spending" or " big government waste" or something to that affect.

Perhaps if we cut taxes enough someone in the private sector will build our public infrastructure.
