New LVA Reader Poll on QoD

Before I voted it said 88 votes. After I voted (next screen) it still said 88 votes. Did mine count?

Mine still doesn't come up. Ok it came up now and there were 525 votes before I voted and 525 after I voted. Also I've never gotten that email anyway. I just see it when I check in here.

I enjoy reading the QOD on the specific topics that interest me. That said, there wasn't ab option that said "Free with paid membership" which would have been my vote.

If you're going to charge for access to the QoD, it should be included in the paid membership -- not a "resort fee" on top of the membership fee.

Count me in also. I love the question of the day but this is almost as bad as baggage fees that the airlines charge. Would rather them up the membership fee by five bucks then they do this.

May as well stop the QoD.

I think most are missing the reason for the poll question. They are talking about options. To bring "resort fee" into play doesn't apply. A resort fee is one that you have no choice on. They're asking what we might prefer. I've been subscribing for over fifteen years and my rate hasn't gone up. In that time online has been added along with the forums and QOD. These things don't come free to the business. I guess they're just wondering what would be the best way to handle QOD.
