New Plaza Video

This is a nice look of the casino and the check in area as well as the Hash House a Go Go

.Plaza Hotel
Cant wait to check it out at the end of October.
Thanks for the video. A great way to show sites and your trip report!

What camera were you using?

Thanks!!
Great video. I keep reading such conflicting reviews of the place, that looked like the kind of place I want to hang out in,very nice casino. I guess all the negative things i read are from those who expect 5 star places. The vid's of the rooms look great to me as well. Oh yea,i've had to call them a couple times and the people i've talked have been extremely helpful and courteous as well (one call was to get a cheaper rate, now 40 bucks a night) so i'm a happy camper so far. Oh well,i'll know first hand come this wed. ,we'll see how it goes. If they have wi-fi i'll let anyone interested how it is.

I did not film it. I just found it on youtube. I am heading out there tonight though and will take a look at it.

Will let everyone know what I think about it.

Very nice but to compete in that neighborhood they better have plenty of good quarter VP (NSUD, 9-6 JOB at least). Bring back that great Stand 17 double deck game.
Looks good though at 40 bills a night.
Thank you so much for the video. We were there the week it opened and never been to the old Plaza. Seems much nicer.
Thanks Loyd.

I appreciate you taking the time to film it and share it with us.

Rick
I was just on Trip Advisor and the people leaving comments seemed pretty unimpressed with the new Plaza- even the Fountainbleu furniture was getting shrugs. Plus, is anyone really excited about another Hash House?

Thanks Rick but I did film just found it on youtube and thought that I would share it.

Just got back from Vegas last night and I went and took a look at it on Tuesday and I have to say that while it looks a hellava lot better I was not really impressed either.

To me there are just not enough machines in the casino and what they do have is mainly penny machines and lots of the old style quarter machines.

I also did not see many VP machines and the ones I did see were quaters only and nothing over 9/5 but mostly 7/5.

Maybe it is because the just opened a few weeks ago but the casino was pretty dead too and maybe that kinda of added to the vibe.

It looks like the only thing they did outside was paint the building white and change the bulbs on the signs. On the way to the airport I talked to two ladies who said the rooms were nice but there was no ice machines. When they complained to management they said they did not make it in time for the opening but they would have them soon.
