Consider getting a major sponsor for really big bucks in exchange for them getting naming rights to the show.

Use Social Media during the show to connect with listeners.... in addition to callers take questions from followers. Once you build a following you can continue to promote the show.... Tweet and FB updates on regular basis including promo reminders in the hours before the show starts. Provide links to subjects you talk about during the program so listeners can access more info.
