For morning cross country flights some airlines are now only offering juice or water before takeoff. There are still some where you can get a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Usually breakfast flights don't have much to offer cuisine wise, but some do have fresh baked muffins and croissants. Afternoon flights will have fresh baked cookies, and evening flights will have sundaes with all of the extras.
