Newsletter Tardy This Month

Okay, officially it's not Tardy as it's only March 31 (is it me or has this month DRAGGED along?) Anyway, it seems the LVA newsletter tends to be published online a couple of days early...but I checked today and nada!

Hey, sionow, have you finalized your travel plans for this summer? Your legion of fans (yours truly included) await in breathless agony!
I didn't want to do anything like last year (TOO MUCH), but thought I might take up one of the suggestions by a member that I might consider hitting the entire state of Nevada with every single casino (190 in all). Sounds like a nice challenge.

What I would do is still in the air (I'm thinking $10 in a slot machine at every place and see what my final total would be). Of course that would mean driving in the desert all month long in the SUMMER!

Anyway, that's the plan as of now.
Great to hear that you are planning something. Summertime is always good for lemonade, BBQ's, and Sionow Daily TR's.

Exactly right, Lion. Speaking of lions, sionow, the only casino outside of Las Vegas that I have ever been to was the Red Lion in Elko, NV. They cleaned me out. If you do go there this summer, I would be very interested to hear how you did.

Sounds like a very interesting itinerary! Once had a job "visiting" every convenience store for a certain chain that shall remain nameless. Max visit to each was less than 15 minutes on average, including my "report". (Electronic questionaire). Was fun, got to see lot's of unusual stuff. Could visit over 20 per day if I wanted to "hustle" a little, which I usually did not, and never worked past dusk, or before 8 am. Sounds taxing, but it was not, and I was staying in "cheap" motels.

You'll have the added comfort of using comps and getting plenty free nights along the way. AND, maybe, Bonus FSP for player club sign up in some places.

I'd love to to something like that again. Have done it in Florida, Louisiana, and southern Mississippi. I hope to do so again, this time with a nice RV to live in.

Jon, I bet a lot of LVAer's could hook you up w/free rooms if you do the Nevada trip. I'm good for Mesquite. PM me if you decide you need one if/when you make an itinerary.

Tracy
Love your summer Tr's. Perhaps you could get some subsidies , I think many would be willing to kick in the 10 a casino although with 190 casinos that might be a bit tough. You are so organized I am sure you could come up with a plan LOL.

Best of luck. Looking forward to it.
