NFL preseason rankings

AHHHHHHHHHH! WTH. Steelers ranked 4th behind GB(ok,they're the champs, ugh),Patriots(not a shocker considering love affair w/brady),then 3rd and get this the EAGLES!? HUH? Where the hell did this come from?
And then the falcons, another ,HUH? They still have a team LOL? Ravens following them, which totally shocks me. They should be ranked much higher IMO.

No other huge surprise. Indy at 11 doesn't seem quite right. The browns at 25 seemed high to me Houston at 13 also seems high. And the most appropriate ranking of the bunch........drum roll please...........The cinci bungles! SURPRISE!!!! Losing palmer was losing the ONLY thing they had. Poor poor bengals (sorry tony).

And now on with your regularly scheduled programming.

JOHN
Looking forward to football season, but still being very cynical about the Lions chances. This organization has been the worst org.in the history of sports.53 years since their last championship. And I believe only 3 playoff appearances during that time.Tough to get excited for them.
Link?

Edit to add: The Lions are headed in the right direction for the first time in a very long time. If they keep drafting smart and keep Stafford in one piece they will be very good.

Really? 3 playoff appearances in 53 years?

And I thought the Leafs were bad.

Okay, the Leafs are still bad.

It's been a long, lonely road for the older Lions fans.
The Lions are building a good team the right way now that Matt Millen is gone. That defense they have is going to be scary at least up front. I think they may finish 2nd in the north this year if Stafford's shoulder holds up. They are so snake bit though, Stafford might end up being the second coming of Chad (noodle arm) Pennington.
NFL.com published their pre-season rankings today:

2. Patriots
3. Jets
4. EAGLES
5. Saints
6. Steelers
7. Colts

10. Ravens
11. Chiefs
12. Chargers
13. Buccaneers
14. Cowgirls
15. Lions
16. Bears
17. Rams
18. Raiders
19. Seahawks
20. Texans
21. Jaguars

26. Cardinals

The Lions will sadly struggle again. Our top 2 draft picks are injured (1 out for the season already). Stafford seems to be made out of glass so I'm not holding my breath. I cheer every game from the heart but I think it will be a 5 win season. I would love to be proven wrong.
No Palmer, no Chad and we still are listed to be better than the Browns!!!

OOPS,sorry

https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=pfw-20110809_preseason_power_rankings_2

Heres all of it

1. Green Bay Packers With all of their "losses," what did they really end up losing?

2. New England Patriots Collecting veteran D-linemen should help pass rush.

3. Philadelphia Eagles With DeSean in camp, biggest issue is Maclin's mystery illness.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers Re-signing Ike Taylor(notes) was surprisingly easy, it turned out.

5. Atlanta Falcons Sat back and waited for Ray Edwards(notes) … now will he produce sacks?

6. Baltimore Ravens Vonta Leach(notes) will make Ray Rice(notes) a very happy man.

7. New York Jets So, do the players who gave up salary for Nnamdi get it back?

8. San Diego Chargers Have been able to maintain most of the talent on the roster.

9. New Orleans Saints Have imposing interior with Franklin, Ellis and Rogers.

10. New York Giants Eagles steal the offseason thunder, but Jints still in good shape.

11. Indianapolis Colts For $90 mil, let's not give Peyton the Good Samaritan award just yet.

12. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Underrated move: re-signing OG Davin Joseph(notes).

13. Houston Texans Made smartest gear shift going for Joseph over Asomugha.

14. Chicago Bears Something just feels wrong with Olin Kreutz(notes) missing.

15. Dallas Cowboys It had to kill Jerry Jones to sit out free agency for the most part.

16. Detroit Lions Linebackers set now; secondary remains biggest question mark.

17. Kansas City Chiefs Caught somewhere between revamping and reloading.

18. St. Louis Rams Might have overpaid for Mikell, missed the boat on big-play receivers.

19. Jacksonville Jaguars Added toughness, pop with new linebackers.

20. Arizona Cardinals Lot of new faces, but let's face it: It's Kolb or bust.

21. Oakland Raiders Still kicking themselves for Stanford Routt(notes) deal last year.

22. Seattle Seahawks Fans have to give Tarvaris longer leash than he got in Minnesota.

23. Miami Dolphins Orton ordeal not the way Miami wanted to start preseason.

24. Minnesota Vikings Transition from McNabb to Ponder could prove to be awkward.

25. Cleveland Browns Remaking defense with other teams' scraps.

26. San Francisco 49ers Could lose up to five defensive starters.

27. Buffalo Bills Hoping Brad Smith(notes) can haunt his old team twice a year.

28. Washington Redskins Adding pass-rushing threats should help defense.

29. Tennessee Titans Hasselbeck a nice move, but can they even compete at all?

30. Carolina Panthers Might have overpaid, but it has been a nearly perfect offseason.

31. Denver Broncos Still could use some defensive beef.

32. Cincinnati Bengals No team has had a worse offseason. Period.
