No criminal charges for Rick Perry

I hope this doesn't ruin someone's day. I remember how excited he was when Perry was indicted.

Total waste of the taxpayer's money. The woman was a disgrace.

Blame the idiot Texas laws - like I said at the time, those laws criminalized politics. Fortunately, they were overturned as unconstitutional by activist judges, doing exactly what they were supposed to do.

However if the special prosecutor or the grand jury had decided NOT to prosecute based on constitutional grounds, they would overstepped their authority. Constitutionality is not their call. So they behaved impeccably too.
