The worst of all these is the Pedophile Denny Hastert. Of course he committed these horrible acts while a Public School Teacher and Teacher's Union member. Seems if we're going to lump all Republican Men into the pervert category, we might as well add all School Teachers and Then Union Members too. Let's not forget he was born, raised and worked in Illinois. That would make the entire state suspect. And don't get me going on the mostly Democrat Roman Catholic Priests....They're the worst of the lot.

Yes, like a lot of male republicans, I think his real struggle is the internal shame he feels for his own homoerotic desires. If Republicans weren’t constantly trying to inject themselves as the moral arbitrators of what is right and wrong in this country, I wouldn’t have to call them out them out all the time. Democrats generally don’t run on being morally superior, don’t try to get big government to regulate who uses what potty and don’t try to limit what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own bedroom.

I am saying unlike most Republicans most Democrats are self aware enough to realize their shit stinks like everyone else's', so they don't try impose their own personal morality in matters that are best left to each individual's own personal judgment.

Oh you forgot mammals and multi-cellular organisms.

But here's the thing. Public school teachers aren't known for condemning the sexual activity of others. Neither are union members. And neither are citizens of Illinois, mammals, or multi-cellular organisms.

But Republicans like Denny Hastert are known for judging and legislating against the sexual behavior of others. That's what makes the Republican part of his bio so special.

I would have thought that would be obvious.

But my real purpose was just pointing out the OP's logical flaw here: A is a pervert. Therefore all (or most) A's are perverts. It's called a Hasty Generalization.

Oh....and I couldn't agree with you more that the Republicans have no business moralizing the adult personal sexual choices of others. Of course that's not related to child molestation. Somehow I don't think Trump will be so concerned about what adults do in the bedroom if he becomes the leader of that party. Ted Cruz would be another story entirely.

Republican logic: There are no reported incidents of Ts committing crimes against children in public restrooms. Therefore, we must convene a special session of the legislature to pass a law to protect children from Ts because all Ts want to harm children. Furthermore, even though there are reported incidents of R's committing crimes against children in public restrooms, we must do nothing to protect the children from Rs.
