Yes it is, a typical meal other than grass stew may have such things as a half or if you lucky, a full sized rat. I hear the maggot fries are quite good when first deep fried and then baked in the oven. This of course comes from the peaceful nation that first developed the Super Conductor, the personal computer, and the ever popular "military first" policy back in the 1990's.
