Note to self. Do not book a hotel in LV when the Electric Daisy Carnival is going on the same weekend

First of all, if you are 24 or 25, you are probably too old for the event. All of the hotels had much higher rates because of this event. Valet was full. The room next to mine probably had 8 to 10 people sleeping in it. For the first time ever, I had to sign an agreement that I would provide no alcohol to minors on the premises at the Luxor.

Most of the kids looked like they were of high school age, yet they were all over the hotel. Many of the guys had their shirts off. Some of the girls had no tops, and only had body paint on. I watched one girl who couldn't have been more than 85 to 90 pounds carrying an open 1.75 litre bottle of vodka around.

Like OMG all my BFFs are there.

You young whippersnappers get out of my hotel! Except for the girls with no tops.....

Ain't it the truth. We stayed in Laughlin on Friday and Saturday, waiting for the town to clear out. We arrived yesterday morning and eventually checked into Wynn. Not related to Electric Daisy, we had a number of issues and I emailed the Wynn/Encore GM at 11 pm. last night. I will go into it in more details later, but the GM responded most impressively.

I'm not going for the higher room rates - but watching a bunch of train wreck 20 somethings make complete asses of themselves as you quietly sip a Scotch can be very entertaining.

On the other hand, . . . DonDiego recommends one should book a room on the weekend of the "Pimp and Ho Convention" in whatever hotel is hosting it. It is quite enjoyable to watch the participants arrive in all their pimpy hoey regalia.

teechur and DonDiego were at The Orleans by pure coincidence some years ago when the Convention opened. There were some ladies whose hineys were totally exposed. DonDiego knew he shouldn't look, but he did anyway.

I agree completely. I was at Excalibur on a comp last year during EDC and there was no shortage of trashed scantily clad hotties. I always get "nice mohawk" from young ladies and my response is usually "nice tits". I was flashed quite a few times that weekend.

I once visited Vegas the week of the X-rated entertainer convention. That was quite an eyefull!!! 50 somethings wearing leather thongs and bras, saggy boobs with stretch marks, men with thongs and hairy butts.................quite different! I wondered why when I booked the room, I was asked if we had children with us!! I am glad it only happened once.
Benue183: What you see in Vegas, stays in Vegas!

We arrived on Sunday at the Venetian and could not believe what we were seeing! One girl was running around in her pink bra and panties, another had her jean shorts unzipped to show off a dangling belly ring (I am sure she was waxed for bikini season). There was a big pool party at the Venetian during the weekend so they were getting as much out these kids as possible. Glad they left Sunday night so I could gamble in peace the rest of our stay. I'm sure none of us acted like that when we were that age. Maybe I'm a little jealous of the young, carefree generation who look so good in their skimpy clothing.
